possible causes for the 1994 Toyota falls-up clutch not fully disengaging?
I made an exchange with the engine and engine transmission as a unit. They were not separated. New hydraulic clutch was not interrupted. Only a portion was removed and reinstalled Shifter lever. It was hard transition for some time, but not completely disengage clutch. it is possible to "slave" cylinder just coincidentally failed? Thanks Binxtaroo, I should mention that I also experienced bleeding and replacing fluid completely.
Get a flashlite and look under the dash in parentheses clutch pedal. They had an excellent manner in parentheses and Flex when you put pressure on the clutch pedal during depression. It can be broken and need replacing. Also, when you are there, check pushrod in clutch master cylinder. locknut on the pushrod can come loose and make the adjustment back off. should be only one small little freeplay (1/16th of an inch period) before the rod meets resistance in the master cylinder.
