I should drink more water, but do not like water. How can I force myself to drink more of it?

Any tricks? I do not want to use the sugar free flavor packets (like Crystal Lite), as these are artificial sweetners that would probably do more damage than good water.

You're right not to use sugar-free taste ..... those things just add junk that is probably not very good for you. It's hard to imagine that someone will not like water. body Our mission is composed of something like 75% of it and it is genetically programmed in us to drink it. Your brain is 90% water! Maybe you are used to drinking things that taste good, so water is boring you? It does not matter that you do not like it, but if you make a habit of drinking it, you will probably learn to like it. Maybe you should think about all the healthy benefits of drinking more water. Lose weight (if you need to), have more energy, get sick less ..... it makes you smarter, happier, more productive. In a way, it's like a miracle drug for your body. When I figured that I should drink more water, I just kept up with it and thought how good it is. I will wake up and fast to drink a full glass. Drink a full glass of water before bed. Always drink a full cup at each meal, but some kind of juice if you want that. Always drink water when you are drinking alcohol. Everytime i drink water, I imagine that I'm powering yourself up as filling up my gas tank. And it was easier to drink quickly. I just do not nurse a bottle, finish fast. Hope this helps!
