Normal drop or wing handlebars for road bikes?
I like the drop ones with the wing better what is your preference?
I like "normal drop" bars. I just am more comfortable riding on the drops in a tuck down a hill or into the wind. I have Campy shifters so they pull back from under the brake lever to be used in "the sprint position".
I only participate in endurance races, rather than time trials and comfort is more important than pure aerodynamics to me.
( the term wing handle bars to me means the TT style bars, not the teardrop bar profile drop shaped bars )
